Our average delivery time based on the most recent batch of orders is 3-10 days.

Will my order be tracked?
Of course! Every order placed through our store will come with tracking information, so you'll know when you can start snapping some shots.
How do I know you've received my order?
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation sent to your email. Make sure to check your junk/spam if it has not shown up in your general inbox.

You betcha'. As soon as you've used up your roll of film, simply replace the roll and you're ready to begin shooting again... and again... and again.
How many photos can it take?
35mm film typically holds either 24 or 36 exposures. We've designed our Malu Endless® with a film counter included, so you'll always know how many shots you have left.
How do I set the camera up?

What do I use to power the camera?
We want you to get the best possible photos, which is why we recommend using a new double AA battery for your Malu Camera.
Half-charged batteries aren't super reliable when it comes to powering flash, so to get the best shots, go for new (not the ones from the TV remote).
How do I get the photos off the camera?
With thousands of retailers that develop 35mm film, finding a shop to turn your images into reality is as easy as ever. Your local photography shop will be able to handle your roll of film and get the final shots sent to you asap.
How long does it take for photos to be developed?
This depends on each individual retailer, however most shops that develop 35mm film are able to email you your final shots within 48 hours.
When should I use the flash?
We suggest using the flash at all times while shooting, unless you're in bright direct sunlight.
Handy Tip: Remember to turn flash off when not shooting, to conserve battery.
How do I get the photos on my phone?
Once the photos have been developed by your photography shop, the retailer will send them straight to your email.
Is it compatible with all 35mm film?
Yep! You bet!
